Why you should hire an inspector
I believe in professionalism, ethics, and integrity. These are my staples. I will make every reasonable attempt to provide you with a complete and accurate inspection. I will explain the report and educate you in its meaning. I am dedicated only to my client, so you can be at ease about where my loyalties lay and confident in the truthfulness of my inspection results. My standards of practice meet all requirements set by The State of Texas.
I am a certified Professional Home Inspector by the Texas Real Estate Commission. I received my home inspection education through Texas State University . Before I was an inspector, I was a Law Enforcement Officer for 13 years in the state of Texas. During that time, I achieved the level of Master Peace Officer. I believe the qualities I held dear in that profession (Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, Fairness) transfer to the home inspection business. I believe in providing a personal touch to my business practices and I will never treat you like a number as do some of the larger companies. I also practice continued education every year to stay up to date with state requirements and changes.
Convenient Inspection Scheduling
At True Inspections, I am usually able to offer appointment times around your busy schedule. I want your inspection to be convenient and painless. I am usually available 7 days a week. My inspections are scheduled so you and I have time at the end of the inspection to meet and talk about any issues I have found.
